Who we are

Move Mindful is a trade name of Clarity of Heart Yoga LLC, which is responsible for the information described here.

What we collect

• Your account: your name, email address and, if you add them, your profile photo, bio and location.
• What you buy, and your membership.
• The workouts you do: when you do one, how long you spent, and how you rate it.
• What you post in the community chat, including photos.
• What you send us through Help.
• How you use Move Mindful, such as when you open the app and which workouts you look at, along with your device type and country.
• If you turn on notifications, the code that lets us send them to your phone.

How we use it

To run your account and membership, keep track of your workouts and progress, run the community chat, answer your messages, send you emails, messages and notifications, and see how Move Mindful is used so we can make it better.

What other members see

Profiles are public to other members: your first name and last initial, your photo, your bio and location if you've added them, when you joined, your workout stats and your calendar of workouts. They also see what you post in the chat, and when you're working out.

Services we use

We use other companies to run Move Mindful for us: to sign you in, store your information and host Move Mindful, take payments, run the chat, stream the videos, send emails, messages and notifications, and show us how Move Mindful is used. Each is bound to protect your information at least as well as this policy does. If you'd like to know which companies these are, email us at the address below.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account. Deleting your account deletes your profile, workout history, chat messages and the record of how you've used Move Mindful; copies in backups can take a little longer to go. We keep records of what you bought, as we need them for taxes and accounting. Deleting your account doesn't take you off our email list, so use the unsubscribe link in any of our emails for that.

Your choices

• Change your name, photo, bio, location and email any time from your profile.
• Unsubscribe from our emails with the link at the bottom of any of them.
• Delete your account from Settings → Membership & Billing → Delete account.

Children

Move Mindful is for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we delete it. If you think a child under 13 has an account, email us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
