Who we are

Move Mindful is a trade name of Clarity of Heart Yoga LLC, an Arizona company. “We” and “us” in these terms means Clarity of Heart Yoga LLC.

Your account

• You need to be 13 or older to use Move Mindful. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is happy for you to use it.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Membership, payments and refunds

• A membership renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Bought in the iPhone app: Apple bills you, so manage or cancel it in your iPhone's settings. Apple handles refunds under its own policies: ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you do, we may share how you've used Move Mindful with Apple to help it decide.
• Bought on our website: manage or cancel it from Settings → Membership & Billing. Payments aren't refundable, and we don't give credits for part of a period, except where the law requires it or if we charged you by mistake. If something's gone wrong, email us.
• One-time purchases stay yours for as long as you keep your account. Deleting your account gives them up for good: they can't be restored, and there's no refund for deleting it.

The community

Be kind. There's no place here for objectionable content or abuse: we remove it, and may close the accounts of people who post it. You can report a message or a profile, and we look at every report. The community guidelines say more.

What you post

What you post stays yours. By posting it, you let us show it to other members in Move Mindful for as long as it's up. Only post words and photos that are yours to share.

If you think something on Move Mindful copies your work without permission, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our copyright agent, with a link to it, the work it copies, and how to reach you. We take down what infringes, and close the accounts of people who do it again and again.

Your health

Move Mindful is fitness, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise programme, and stop if anything hurts.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Move Mindful running well, but it's provided as it is and as available, without a promise that it will always work or suit you. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before your claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights the law doesn't let us limit.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Using Move Mindful after that means you accept the new terms.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. If you live outside the US, you also keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
